Outreach at a Glance

Welcome Home Project
Giving families in need a fresh start by creating a beautiful space for them to live, saying “Welcome Home” and embracing them with Grace!
Extreme Christmas
For most of us Christmas is an exciting time, but not so for the family that is faced with a child that has severe mental retardation, handicap, or illness. Many simply cannot keep up with the daily upkeep of their homes, much less repairs and remodeling. We literally move the family out and transform their space to meet their needs!

You Matter: Homeless Ministry
Church Without Walls, Women’s shelter, programs, camp for kids that are homeless, Socks for Souls, Pack of Hope and more

Fruit of the Spirit Ministry
Fruit trees planted through out the community to provide fresh fruit to those who live in “dead zones” where fresh fruits are unavailable and to those who simply can’t afford to eat healthy.
Prayers and Partners for Children and Youth
Many children and youth attend our church that we have reached out to through our other ministries. We want to continue to support them financially as well as spiritually. Prayers are posted weeking for prayer partners to pray for each child. Financial partnership helps ensure that each child receives Christmas and birthday presents, is able to go to camp and meet an emergency needs as well.
Human Trafficking Rescue
We are partnering with Bokenkamp Children’s Shelter (a program of Lutheran Social Services of the South, Inc) “an emergency shelter for up to 120 unaccompanied children from Central and South America, ranging in age from 12-17.” We also partner with Salvation Army who is expanding their program to specifically address human trafficking.

Billboard of Mercy for Babies
Women come from all over South Texas to Driscoll Children’s Hospital when their infants are critically ill. Many of these mothers have not had the joy of celebrating the birth of their child no matter how difficult their situation. Providing simple baby showers for these mothers can be a gift of hope to them that they are not alone.
